Ministria e Financave: Bizneset që kontribuuan do t’u ulen taksat

Bizneset që kanë bërë donacione për të prekurit nga tërmeti do t’u lehtësohen taksat. Njohja e shpenzimeve të zbritshme do të rritet nga 3% në 8%. Ky akt normativ është i vlefshëm vetëm gjatë periudhës së gjendjes së jashtëzakonshme, ndërsa shpenzimet do të njihen vetëm nëse do kryen në llogarinë e Thesarit të Shtetit.

Njoftimi i Ministrisë së Financave:

Nisur nga situata e jashtëzakonshme e krijuar nga tërmeti i datës 26 Nëntorit, në ndihmë të familjeve të dëmtuara, Ministria e Financave dhe Ekonomisë nxit të gjitha bizneset që të kontribuojnë për nismën “Shqipëria Solidare” me qëllim lehtësimin e pasojave nga ky tërmet tragjik.

Për këtë qëllim Ministria e Financave ka përgatitur Aktin Normativ sipas së cilit do të rritet nga 3% në 8% e fitimit të tatueshëm, njohja si shpenzim i zbritshëm i donacioneve në mjete monetare, të bëra nga bizneset. Kjo incentivë në shërbim të angazhimit tonë ekonomikisht solidar do të vlejë për periudhën e “gjendjes së fatkeqësisë natyrore” brenda afatit të përcaktuar në legjislacion.

Shpenzimet e zbritshme në masën 8%, nga 3% që është aktualisht, do të mund të përfitohen vetëm nëse donacioni do të adresohet në llogaritë e thesarit, të vëna në dispozicion nga Ministria e Financave.

Gjithashtu me rëndësi të theksohet se ky akt vlen edhe për donacionet për shkak të shpalljes së “gjendjes së fatkeqësisë natyrore” të bëra në formën e pasurive të paluajtshme.
