Djegia e makinës së gjyqtarit/ Policia: Dyshohet për zjarrvënie të qëllimshme, në kërkim të autorëve

Mbrëmjen e djeshme në Shkodër janë shkrumbuar nga flakët dy makina, njëra prej të cilave është e gjyqtarit Andri Ymerit, gjyqtarit të Shkodrës. Dyshohet se zjarrvënia ka qenë e qëllimshme.

Për këtë ngjarje Policia në një njoftim zyrtar sqaron se janë djegur dy mjete, njëra prej të cilave është makina Mercedez-Benz, në pronësi të gjyqtarit, Andri Ymerit, që sipas saj është djegur plotësisht. Sipas policisë dyshohet për zjarrvënie të qëllimshme.

Njoftimi i Policisë:
Më datë 24.11.2019, rreth orës 23.20, në lagjen “Vasil Shanto”, Shkodër, në rrethana ende të paqarta ka rënë zjarr në dy mjete të parkuara tip Volkswagen në pronësi të shtetasit A. T. 50 vjeç, dhe në mjetin Mercedez-Benz, në pronësi të shtetasit A. Y. 40 vjeç, me detyrë Gjyqtar pranë Gjykatës Shkallës së parë Shkodër.

Si pasojë mjeti në pronësi të shtetasit A.T është djegur pjesërisht ndërsa mjeti në pronësi të shtetasit A.Y është djegur plotësisht.

Në lidhje me ngjarjen është ngritur një grup i posaçëm hetimor nën drejtimin e Prokurorisë së Rrethit Gjyqësor Shkodër,, ku vijon punën për mbledhjen e provave me qëllim identifikimin dhe kapjen e autorëve pasi paraprakisht dyshohet si ngjarje e qëllimshme.
