Në Shqipëri, Instituti i Shëndetit Publik njoftoi për zbulimin edhe të 21 rasteve të reja të prekur me COVID 19. Por Zeri i Amerikes shkruan se autoritetet janë të shqetësuar për shtimin e dukshëm të rasteve të reja në Shkodër, i cili është qyteti i dytë më shumë i prekur pas Tiranës.

Në Shkodër u zbuluan së fundi 13 raste të reja, ose mbi gjysma e atyre në shkallë vendi.

Atje u zbuluan dje 5 raste të reja, të shtunën 3 raste, të premten 4 të tjera. Një javë më parë Shkodra kishte 31 të prekur me COVID 19, ndërsa sot ka 70 vetë.

Shifrat e Shkodrës u dyfishuan brenda javës, duke e bërë atë qytetin e dytë më të prekur pas Tiranës.

Zyrtarët besojnë se Shkodra nuk zbaton masat e distancimit social dhe atje shkelen rregullat e karantinës.

Përhapja e shpejtë e koronavirusit atje solli shkarkimin e prefektit të Qarkut, dhe qeveria dërgoi një zëvendës ministër të brendshëm si koordinator për ndryshimin e gjendjes. voa
