Banka e Shqipërisë ka njoftuar se në ankandin e radhës do të emetojë një obligacion me vlerë 120 milionë euro, me afat maturimi 2 vjeçar. Obligacioni emetohet për llogari të qeverisë shqiptare e cila këtë herë po e merr borxhin në euro, duke tentuar ta sigurojë atë nga institucionet financiare, apo dhe indivdë e të tjerë. Ankandi është jashtë radhës dhe shuma e kërkuar përbën një rekord sa i përket obligacioneve në euro.
Ankandi është parashikuar që të mbahet në datën 6 prill dhe ka një kupon indikativ prej 1.8%
Kjo është hera e shtatë që Banka e Shqipërisë emeton një obligacion në euro. Ankandi i fundit ishte zhvilluar në 17 gusht të vitit 2017 dhe ishte për një shumë prej 45 milionë eurosh, me një kupon indikativ prej 0.7%.
Në të gjashtë obligacionet e mëparshme në valutë, shuma e shpallur ka variuar mes 25 dhe 50 milionë euro, duke e bërë ankandin e të hënës më të madhin në histori, sa i përket obligacioneve të emetuar në euro.
Ky ankand nuk ishte planifikuar në ankandet e radhës së Bankës së Shqipërisë, e cila i publikon ato sipas një kalendari të caktuar.
Ndërkohë, qeveria ka bërë të ditur nevojat e saj për valutë, por nuk ka specifikuar destinacionet se si do përdoret ky borxh, i cili po merret në një kohë që ekonomia dhe buxheti po kalojnë një situatë të vështirë për shkak të pezullimeve që synojnë frenimin e përhapjes së koronavirusit. MONITOR
