Nuk respektuan ‘shtetrrethimin’/ Në 6 orë, 509 shoferë të ndëshkuar, 45 nga Shkodra

Në vetëm 6 orë janë ndëshkuar 509 shoferë, të cilët kanë thyer urdhrin për të mos lëvizur pa autorizim me makinë private. Nga këto 509 shoferë të ndëshkuar, 171 janë në Tiranë, e cila edhe pse është epiqendra e koronavirusit në Shqipëri, mesa duket nuk është ndërgjegjësuar mjaftueshëm. Pas Tiranës, vjen Durrësi me 77 shoferë të ndëshkuar, të ndjekur nga Lezha, Fieri, Vlora, dhe Elbasani.

Njoftimi i plotë i policisë
509 drejtues mjetesh të ndëshkuar për mosrespektim të urdhrit të dhënë për ndalim qarkullimi të automjeteve. Në zbatim të masave shtesë për të mos lejuar qarkullimin e mjeteve, me qëllim parandalimin e përhapjes së COVID-19, prej orës 06:00 të mëngjesit të sotëm, shërbimet e Policisë së Shtetit, në bashkëpunim me ato të ushtrisë, vijojnë kontrollin e zbatimit të këtyre masave shtesë.

Në këtë kuadër, prej orës 06:00, deri në orën 12:00, janë shoqëruar një numër i konsiderueshëm drejtuesish të mjeteve, të cilët nuk kanë respektuar urdhrin e dhënë për ndalim qarkullimi të automjeteve, në qytetet Tiranë, Durrës, Fier, Vlorë, Elbasan, Lezhë e Shkodër. Konkretisht, janë evidentuar nga shërbimet e Policisë:

në DVP Tiranë 171 drejtues mjetesh,në DVP Durrës 77 drejtues mjetesh,në DVP Fier 54 drejtues mjetesh, në DVP Vlorë 53 drejtues mjetesh, në DVP Lezhë 61 drejtues mjetesh, në DVP Shkodër 45 drejtues mjetesh, në DVP Elbasan 48 drejtues mjetesh.

Ndaj këtyre drejtuesve është vendosur kufizimi i lëvizjes, si dhe po kryhen veprimet administrative sipas parashikimeve të nenit 7, paragrafi 12 i Ligjit Nr. 8378, datë 22.07.1998, Kodi Rrugor i Republikës së Shqipërisë (i ndryshuar) 76 drejtues mjetesh janë të shoqëruar në ambientet e Komisariateve të DVP, pasi kanë kundërshtuar punonjësit e Policisë për masën administrative, për thyerjen e urdhrit për ndalim qarkullimi të automjeteve dhe po këtyre drejtueseve u janë bllokuar edhe automjetet. Policia e Shtetit apelon edhe njëherë për të respektuar kufizimin e lëvizjes sipas njoftimit, me qëllim parandalimin e përhapjes së COVID, pasi në të kundërt cilido që do shkelë këto urdhra, do përballet me sanksionet ligjore.
