Me 94 vota pro, 8 kundër dhe 4 abstenim kuvendi ka miratuar ligjin për përfundimin e procesve kalimtare të pronësisë, përfshirë këtu edhe amendamentet e propozuara nga kreu i grupit Parlamentar të PS, Taulant Balla. Ai ka sqaruar edhe të gjitha ndryshimet e bëra dhe familjet që përfitojnë me ndryshimin e ligjit.

“Doja të prezantoja amendandetin, është pikërisht mbajtja e një angazhimi të shprehur nga Rama edhe në fillim të kësaj seance që ka të bëjë me legalizimin e plotë të të gjithë banesave dhe çdo lloj investimi tjetër të kryer në fshat, me qëllim që të garantojmë që të gjitha familjet që kanë në fshat të legalizohet, por bëjnë përjashtim investimet e kryera pranë veprave të infrastrukturës publike, akset kombëtarë nuk do të legalizohen. Ka të bëjë edhe me territoret në investimet publike. Kush ka AMTP, prej nesër t’i gëzoni certifikatat e pronësisë, jemi 200 familje.

Që keni shtëpitë para viteve 90 por nuk keni asnjë copë letë, ti gëzoni edhe shtëpitë dhe oborret. Kush ka ndërtuar shtëpi me leje të organeve vendore. Kush ka tokën në përdorim, është pronar i tokës. Legalizohen shtëpitë në fshat. Banorët që u ka humbur ndërtuesi, ka ikur në drejtim të paditur, u legalizohet apartamenti dhe marrin certifikatën e pronësisë. Kush hyn në proces legalizimi do të trajtohet përmes politikave sociale, do të marrë një kompesim në bazë të vlerës që ka banesa. Nuk do të jetë më peng, por do të legalizohet” tha Balla
