“Edi Rama ka protokolluar dorëheqjet e kryebashkiakëve” Numri dy i PD, Gazment Bardhi, zbulon mekanizmin që sjell përsëritjen e zgjedhjeve: Mund të krijohet dispozitë kalimtare.

Sekretari i Përgjithshëm i PD, Gazment Bardhi gjatë bisedës në satudion e ABC Neës, deklaroi sot se Edi Rama i ka gati dorëheqjet e kryetarëve ilegjitimë të bashkive.

“Nëse ka vullnet politik mund të krijohet dispozitë kalimtare, pra ka mekanizma ligjorë që e zgjidhin këtë. Edi Rama e pranon dhe vetë paligjshmërinë e 30 qershorit dhe për rrjedhojë dhe të të emëruarve të tij në krye të bashkive, pasi para kandidimit Edi Rama ka urdhëruar protokollimin e dorëheqjeve e tyre nëse do tu kërkohej”

Sekretari i Përgjithshëm i PD u shpreh se PD dhe Lulzim Basha nuk kanë hequr dorë nga aksioni për të realizuar një orë e më parë zgjedhje para kohe të lira e të ndershme.

“Nuk ka asnjë tërheqje nga aksioni as nga opozita e bashkuar dhe as nga PD, dhe për rrjedhojë as nga kryetari Basha” tha Bardhi
Sipas tij vendi ka nevojë për dënimin e krimit elektoral që në të ardhmen ky fenomen mos të ekzistojë më.

“Duhet vullnet politik sepse mund të preken edhe ligje të tjera përpos kodit zgjedhor. Ka dakordësi mes palëve për të shkuar përtej rekomandimeve të OSBE-së. Nëse pranohen të gjitha kërkesat që opozita ka bërë në tryezën politike garatohen standarde minimale për zgjedhje të lira dhe të ndershme”

Zoti Bardhi tha se PD dhe opozita janë të angazhuar plotësisht për të përmbushur një nga kushtet kryesore të bundestagut siç është reforma zgjedhore. Kjo do të pasohet sipas tij me zgjedhje parlamentare dhe lokale duke plotësuar kushtin e dytë të Bundestagut që është testimi i reformës.

Bardhi paralajmëroi edhe publikimin e një rasti tjetër kryebashkiaku që po verifikohet pasi janë konstatuar shkelje të ligjit të dekriminalizimit dhe së shpejti do të bëhet publik.
