Ajri, uji, toka: Shqipëria dhe Maqedonia, më të ndoturat në Evropë

Cilësia e ajrit, ujit dhe tokës ku jetojmë, pa diskutim që janë një përcaktues i rëndësishëm i cilësisë së jetës që ne bëjmë. Për fat të keq viti 2020 pritet të jetë sërish i zymtë për sa i përket ndotjes në vend. Sërish, edhe për këtë, Maqedonia dhe Shqipëria, janë vendet më të ndotura të Europës.

Sipas Indeksit të Ndotjes së publikuar nga Numbeo.com, dy vendet ballkanike dhe qytet-shteti i Monakos kanë shënuar pikët më të larta të indeksit. Në vitin 2020, Indeksi i Ndotjes në Maqedoni shënoi 80.23 pikë, ndërsa në Shqipëri 77.77 pikë.  Në dy vitet e fundit Indeksi i Ndotjes në Shqipëri ka shënuar përkeqësim. Në fillim të 2018-s ky indeks vlerësohej 75.2 pikë.

Për të gjeneruar një indeks aktual (i cili përditësohet gjithmonë) Numbeo përdor të dhëna të mbledhura deri në 36 muaj. Numbeo përfshin vetëm qytete për të cilat ka të paktën një numër të caktuar kontribuesish. Indeksi publikohet dy herë në vit.

Indeksi i Ndotjes është një vlerësim i ndotjes së përgjithshme në një qytet të caktuar. Pesha më e madhe i jepet ndotjes së ajrit, sesa ndotjes / aksesit të ujit, të cilët përbëjnë dy faktorët kryesorë të ndotjes. Ndërsa një peshë e vogël u jepet llojeve të tjera të ndotjes.

Kështu, nëse do të shikojmë hartën e gjeneruar nga të dhënat e mbledhura nga NUMBEO, Europa Lindore vijon të jetë më e ndotura në Europë.

Në 10 vendet më të ndotura pas Shqipërisë renditet Bullgaria me një indeks prej 65.33 pikë, Ukraina me 65.08, Bosnje dhe Hercegovina me 62.33, Serbia me 60.2, si dhe Rumania me 58.2.

Nga ana tjetër vendet me ndotjen më të ulët janë ato të Europës Perëndimore. Vendi më pak i ndotur i Europës është Finlanda, ku sipas Numbeo ka shënuar vetëm 11.55 pikë. Në vend të dytë renditet Islanda  me 16.21 pikë, ndjekur nga Suedia me 18.09 pikë.

Estonia dhe Norvegjia kanë shënuar gjithashtu më pak se 20 pikë për sa i përket treguesve të ndotjes në këto vende.

Lista e dhjetë vendeve më pak të ndotura renditen: Danimarka, Austria, Zvicra, Sllovenia dhe Luksemburgu
