Rindërtimi pas tërm.etit, zbardhet vendimi i qeverisë

Të gjithë ata qytetarë që kanë humbur shtëpitë e tyre nga tërmeti i 26 Nëntorit do të përfitojnë banesa në bazë të numrit të familjarëve. Një vendim i miratuar në fund të dhjetorit dhe i publikuar këtë fillim viti në fletoren zyrtare zbardh të gjitha kategoritë dhe sipërfaqet e përfitimit.

Si fillim, qytetarët duhet të bëjnë aplikim pranë bashkive ku do të duhet të dorëzojnë aktin e konstatimit, dokumentin e pronësisë ose çdo akt për përfitimin e pronësisë së banesës së dëmtuar.

Prioritet do të kenë familjet që kanë humbur familjarët nga fatkeqësia natyrore, familjet njëprindërore që kanë në ngarkim fëmijë, familjet që kanë në përbërje persona me aftësi të kufizuara, të moshuarit që kanë mbushur moshën e pensionit, familjet me ndihmë ekonomike si dhe të rënët në krye të detyrës.

Në vendim përcaktohet se familjet që kanë humbur banesat e tyre në pallate përfitojnë nga programi i rindërtimit në të njëjtin truall. Kështu një familje me dy anëtarë do të marrë një apartament 1+1 me sipërfaqe 45 -60 m2.

Një familje me 2 deri në 4 anëtarë do të marrë një apartament 2+1 me sipërfaqe 75 m2 deri 80 m2, ndërsa familjet me më shumë se 5 anëtarë struktura e apartamentit do të jetë 3+1 me një sipërfaqe që llogaritet 90 m2-100 m2.

Ndërsa për familjet në fshat që kanë humbur shtëpitë si pasojë e shembjes përfitojnë grante për rindërtimin e banesave. Në vendim thuhet se banesat individuale do të detyrohen të heqin dorë nga trualli ku kanë banesën e tyre për masën e sipërfaqes që do të përfitojnë, ndërsa familjet që do të akomodohen në apartamente e kanë të detyrueshëm heqjen e pronësisë vetëm nëse pallati ndërtohet në pronën e tyre.
