Kjo, pasi së fundmi Policia kufitare ka vendosur ashpërsimin e masave për të udhëtuar jashtë vendit tonë. Sipas një udhëzimi të fundit të ministrit të Brendshëm Sandër Lleshaj, punonjësit e policisë kufitare duhet të kryejnë verifikime dhe intervistime të detajuara për vendin ku do të udhëtojë qytetari dhe adresën ku do të akomodohet, cili është pritësi, bileta e kthimit për në Shqipëri dhe shumën financiare për të gjitha ditët e qëndrimit.
Po ashtu, sipas këtij vendimi, efektivët e Policisë Kufitare duhet të verifikojnë operatorët turistikë ku janë prerë biletat e udhëtimit, udhëtimin në grupe të familjarëve për të shmangur tra fikimin e të miturve ose largimin për azil në vendet e tjera. Ndërsa, në rastet kur fëmijët do të kalojë kufirin me një prej prindërve, nga motra ose vëllai në moshë madhore, gjyshi, daja, xhaxhai, halla dhe tezja, duhet të kërkohet deklarata noteriale nga të dy prindërit në emër të personit që e shoqëron.
Përmes këtij udhëzimi, Ministria udhëzon punonjësit e kufirit që, për qytetarët që e kanë të ndaluar të hyjnë në zonën Shengen, që kanë refuzim azili apo që janë deportuar nga autoritetet e vendeve të tjera, nuk lejohen të kalojnë kufirin deri në paraqitjen e një dokumenti të përkthyer në gjuhën shqipe dhe të noterizuar, që provon se nuk kanë ndalim hyrje, urdhër largimi ose dëbimi në vendet e Bashkimit Evropian dhe zonën Shengen.
