Prokuroria e Posaçme Anti-Korrupsion, e njohur ndryshe si SPAK, me anë të një kërkese zyrtare i është drejtuar Policisë së Shtetit duke kërkuar asistencën e uniformave blu për të bërë transportimin e dosjeve nga kjo godinë, drejt prokurorive të rretheve.

Burime pranë policisë sqaruan se prej disa ditësh, forcat e policisë kanë shoqëruar me mjete të blinduara dosje voluminoze e me përgjime në rrethe, e ndërsa në disa raste kanë asistuar edhe forcat e repartit RENEA.

Të njëjtat burime pohuan se efektivë të RENEA-s kanë asistuar në transportimin e atyre dosjeve që po dorëzohen në prokuroritë e Durrësit, Elbasanit, Vlorës e Shkodrës ku është edhe më i lartë numri i fashikujve që do të dorëzohen.

Konkretisht, me masa të shtuara policie do të transportohen ato dosje për të cilat hetimet janë ende të hapura e që kanë përgjime voluminoze, e ndërsa pjesa tjetër e dosjeve do të dorëzohen me postë sekrete.

SPAK do të marrë në dorë mbi 140 dosje me procedime penale, e kryesisht ato vepra penale që do të hetojnë korrupsionin deri në nivele të larta, si dhe grupet kriminale, e ndërsa dosjet e tjera të cilat kishin veprat penale si gjobëvënia, krimet apo vrasjet në familje, si dhe kultivimi i lëndëve narkotike tashmë do të spostohen në prokuroritë e rretheve përkatëse.

Prokuroria dhe Gjykata për Krime të Rënda u “shkrinë” pas 15 vitesh, për t’i hapur rrugë SPAK dhe Gjykatës Kundër Krimit të Organizuar, ku përveç 8 prokurorëve të emëruar tashmë në SPAK, pjesa tjetër u transferuan në rrethe.
