Teksa e gjithë shoqëria shqiptare po përpiqet të gjejë “ gjurmët”, duket se “ujku” po na gllabëron të drejtat tona. Një nga të drejtat që është e sanksionuar në Kushtetutë, (neni 22- Liria e shprehjes është e garantuar) apo në Konventa Europiane për të Drejtat e Njeriut dhe Lirive Themelore ( Neni 10- Liria e Shprehjes: Çdokush ka të drejtën e lirisë së shprehjes. Kjo e drejtë përfshin lirinë e mendimit dhe lirinë për të marrë ose për të dhënë informacione dhe ide pa ndërhyrjen e autoriteteve publike dhe pa marrë parasysh kufijtë) po mbytet në zhurmën e debatit.

Njerëz që tregojnë realitetin, jo atë të dritares së ERTV-së, flakën tutje me forcën e kartonëve në Parlament. Ka dhe nga ata zyrtarë që të verbuar nga pushteti marrin vendime për të larguar nga puna njerëz me dinjitet, që kanë kurajo dhe guxim të thonë të vërtetën ashtu siç është.

I tillë është rasti i profesor Agim Seranaj. Në një debat në Opinion, profesor Seranaj denoncoi me fakte për mënyrën se si bëhej akt-ekspertimi i banesave të dëmtuara nga tërmeti.

“Tërmeti i 21 Shtatorit ne na dha shenja që kemi probleme, por sikur u nxituam që të themi ne nuk kemi probleme. Dhe shumica e zërave, pas tërmetit të 21 Shtatorit u munduan të thonë me krenari që nuk kemi probleme, se ky ishte një tërmet i fortë dhe nuk pati dëme. Në fakt edhe ai tërmet që nuk ishte i fortë, i dha shenjat që në disa objekte duhet të ndalemi për të bërë ekspertizë se ato kanë probleme dhe i kishin. Kështu edhe ky tërmeti tani, na tregon këtë gjë se në Tiranë ka probleme me shumë objekte, për tërmete më të fuqishëm se ky”, deklaroi po ashtu pak kohë më parë në një intervistë televizive profesori Seranaj.

Dhe kaq mjaftoi! Dekani Neritan Shkodrani, nxitoi të firmoste shkarkimin e profesor Seranaj, nga posti i zv.dekanit të Fakultetit të Inxhinierisë së Ndërtimit.
