Rama citon Konicën: Ndryshim politik nuk ka, por do të ridimensionojmë bashkëpunimin me njerëzit

Kryeministri Rama duke folur në Këshillin Koordinues të Diasporës tha se vijueshmëria pozitive e bashkëpunimit me diasporën, duhet të bëhet përmes institucionalizimit të një marrëdhënieje me një potencial të jashtëzakonshëm, për zhvillimin e për të ardhmen e Shqipërisë.

Rama në fjalën e tij në fund të takimit ka cituar edhe disa fjalë të shkrimtarit Faik Konica i cili thoshte se Historia na mëson se gjithë ndryshimet politike kanë pasur përherë këta dy faktorë: emigrantët dhe një elitë të vogël, e lindur apo intelektuale, brenda vendit. Por sipas Ramës ndryshim politik nuk do të ketë, por do të bëhet një ndryshim më i madh se politik dhe duhet të bëhen një ndryshim për të zgjeruar dimensionin e mirëkuptimit dhe bashkëpunimit me njerëzit.

“Në komisionin e Reformës Zgjedhore janë dorëzuar proceset për ti dhënë të drejtën e votës atyre që janë jashtë vendit. Ky vit ishte viti i parë që mësuesit e Diasporës i kanë marrë librat para vitit shkollor. Inventari që në raport me këto dy vjet është si dita me natën.

Zoti e dërgon tërmetin si një mundësi për tu penduar dhe për tu pastruar. Të gjitha rastet e tërmeteve kanë një të përbashkët. Diferencën e ka bërë ndërveprimi i atij populli brenda dhe jashtë. Pra Diasporat e vendeve të goditura kanë qenë faktor i madh në rindërtim.

Po e Mbyll me Faik Konicën: Historia na mëson se gjithë ndryshimet politike kanë pasur përherë këta dy faktorë: emigrantët dhe një elitë të vogël, e lindur apo intelektuale, brenda vendit. Ndryshim politik nuk ka. Por është një ndryshim më i madh që ta kapërcejë politikën ta ridimensionojë brenda perimetrit të arsyeshëm. Shpresoj që mesazhin e tërmeti të mos e harrojnë. Duke zgjeruar perimetrin e mirëkuptimit dhe bashkëpunimit me njerëzit. Shpresoj që produktet e këtyre të pranishmëve të kenë lartësinë e personave këtu. ” tha në mbyllje të fjalë së tij kryeministri Rama.
