Një 23-vjeçar maqedonas është marrë peng për disa minuta nga disa persona në Tiranë, të cilët kërkonin 250 mijë euro në këmbim të lirimit të tij. Ngjarja ka ndodhur ditën e premte, kur i riu nga Maqedonia është futur forcërisht në një makinë tip BMË, në afërsi të Kryegjyshatës, në zonën e Ali Demit.
Policia është vënë në dijeni nga qytetarët që me sa duket kanë parë skenën dhe kanë sinjalizuar forcat e rendit për persona të armatosur. Menjëherë, në ndjekje të mjetit të dyshimtë janë vënë forcat Shqiponja, ato Shigjeta dhe më pas edhe shërbimet e Komisariatit nr.1. Makina është ndjekur për disa minuta deri në afërsi të Liqenit të Farkës, ku autorët kanë ndaluar, duke tentuar të largohen.
Pikërisht në atë vend, Policia ka bërë të mundur lirimin e pengut dhe arrestimin e njërit prej autorëve. Ndërsa autori tjetër ka ikur me vrap nëpër rrugicat e zonës, ku pas një kontrolli të imtësishëm në terren nga forcat e Policisë së Tiranës, është bërë i mundur edhe arrestimi i tij.
Burimet thanë se përveç prangosjes së dy pengmarrësve që banojnë në Tiranë, është proceduar në gjendje të lirë edhe një shqiptar nga Struga. Ky i fundit dyshohet se kishte rolin e ndërmjetësit dhe bisedonte vazhdimisht me familjarët e 23-vjeçarit, në mënyrë që ata të sillnin paratë për të liruar djalin që u mbahej peng në Tiranë.
Burime nga policia thanë se dy të ndaluarit kanë deklaruar se nuk bëhej fjalë për pengmarrje, por të riun e kishin marrë në makinë për t’i kërkuar paratë që u kishte borxh. Policia e Tiranës tha se 3 persona, në bashkëpunim me njëri-tjetrin, kanë marrë peng shtetasin Davor Velefski, 23 vjeç, nga Maqedonia, i cili është liruar më pas në zonën e Farkës. Pasi e kanë kërcënuar me armë, ata i kanë kërkuar të riut një shumë prej 250 mijë eurosh.
Në lidhje me këtë ngjarje, Policia tha se ka vënë në pranga shtetasin Albert Xhoka, 41 vjeç, dhe Sokol Masha, 42 vjeç, të dy banues në Tiranë, ndërsa po hetohet në gjendje të lirë shtetasi Subi Ethemi, 50 vjeç nga Maqedonia, i cili akuzohet për “Moskallëzim krimi”. Policia tha në njoftimin zyrtar se ishte goditur një rast i heqjes së padrejtë të lirisë dhe shtrëngimit me anë të kanosjes ose dhunës për dhënien e pasurisë.
Operacioni për lirimin e pengut dhe arrestimin e autorëve u kodua “Lake”, duke qenë se ndërhyrja u realizua në afërsi të Liqenit të Farkës, në Tiranë. Operacioni u krye nga Forca e Posaçme “Shqiponja” në bashkëpunim me Komisariatin e Policisë Nr.1, në sajë të informacioneve të marra në rrugë operative.
Si rezultat i ndërhyrjes në kohë të forcave të Policisë u arrestuan në flagrancë për veprat penale “Heqje e padrejtë e lirisë” dhe “Shtrëngimit me anë të kanosjes ose dhunës për dhënien e pasurisë”, shtetasit Albert Xhoka, 41 vjeç, dhe Sokol Masha, 42 vjeç, të dy banues në Tiranë, ndërsa po hetohet në gjendje të lirë shtetasi Subi Ethemi, 50 vjeç nga Maqedonia.
