Klosi për Velipojë: E nisin për “Beach Bar” e përfundojnë me 3 kate, ta provojnë njëherë në Ulqin

Shkatërrimi i ndërtimeve pa leje në bregdetin e Velipojës është ende një temë e nxehtë që diskutohet në rradhët e ekspertëve të turizmit si dhe në media.

Ministri i Turizmit dhe Mjedisit, Blendi Klosi i ftuar në RTV Ora, shprehet se njerëzit tashmë duhet ta kuptojnë që nuk mundtë ndërtohet më pa leje në Shqipëri.

Ai thotë se shndërrimi i një Beach Bar në një ndërtesë trekatëshe apo në një restorant pa respektuar asnjë masë shëndetësore, është një shkelje flagrante. Klosi i fton qytetarët që të shkojnë të ndërtojnë në plazhin e Ulqinit e të shohin reagimin e shtetit malazez.

Klosi:Ne në Shqipëri e bëjmë këtë bisedë në qershor. Kur vjen shtatori themi lëre dhe këtë vit e bëjm vitin tjetër. Shumica e atyre që janë dëmtuar në dijeninë time, se do dalë dikush nga Shkodra e do më thotë që nuk thua të vërtetën, janë ndërtime të bëra në periudhën e pandemisë.

Kemi një situatë e cila mos të ndodhë dhe kemi shumë nevojë që njerëzit të kuptojnë që nuk mund të ndërtohet më pa leje në Shqipëri. Me znj. Ademi kemi debatuar disa herë dhe jam i gatshëm që të shkojë në Shkodër për ta diskutuar sërish.

Aksioni vazhdon dhe nuk duhet të lejuar tani në qershor që ato të fillojnë aktivitetin. Ajo që duhet të pranojmë është që vija bregdetare është e të gjithëve. Nuk mund të kemi një hotel, një restorant, rrugën Lungomare e më pas një Beach Bar apo një ndërtesë 3 katëshe.

Ne duhet ta kuptojmë që nëse lejohet një stacion të vogël plazhi me shërbim të thjeshtë por më shumë tek higjiena dhe pastërtia, i fusim dhe një restorant pa leje. Nuk mund të funksionojë kështu. Të shkojnë këta zotërinjtë e Velipojës e ta bëjnë në Ulqin, të shohin a do ja lejojë shteti malazez. Në vitin 2021 të ketë biznese pa kanalizim e të mbushin ujin me kova.
