Olsian Çela urdhëron ristrukturim në 12 prokuroritë e vendit

12 prokurori në rrethe do ti nënshtrohen një strukture të re për sa i përket oficerëve të policisë gjyqësore. Vendimi është marrë nga kryeprokurori Olsian Çela, i cili nga analizat vjetore ka pasur kërkesë për shtim të OPGJ në disa prokurori.

Nga ana tjetër Çela ka firmosur edhe kontrollin e një viti pune për oficerët e policisë gjyqësore në Tiranë, të cilët do ti nënshtrohen për çdo dosje një filtri për të parë rezultatet e tyre.

Prokurori i Përgjithshëm për të kontrolluar veprimtarinë e oficerëve të policisë gjyqësore, në zbatimin e ligjit penal, procedural dhe udhëzimeve të Prokurorit të Përgjithshëm për periudhën 1 janar 2019 deri në 31 dhjetor 2019 dhe ato të mbartura nga viti 2018, ka urdhëruar ushtrimin e kontrollit mbi treguesit e punës hetimore në veprimtarinë e oficerëve të policisë gjyqësore të Seksionit të Policisë Gjyqësore në Prokurorinë me ngarkesën më të madhe, asaj pranë Gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë. Rekomandimet e mundshme në përfundim të kontrollit, synojnë përmirësimin e treguesve në veprimtarinë e oficerëve të policisë gjyqësore” thuhet në njoftimin e Prokurorisë së Përgjithshme.

OPGJ është ndihmësi i prokurorit dhe personi i veprimeve operacionale gjatë hetimit të një dosje.

Me ndryshimet në reformën në drejtësi OPGJ ka pagë 3fishë më të lartë nga më parë që arrin deri në 180 mijë lekë të reja.
