Gjashtë persona do të jenë në procedim penal pasi akuzohen se kanë kundërshtuar punonjësit që kryenin një detyrë.

Procedimi penal është ndaj pjesëtarë të fisit Marku që ishin pronarë të disa lokaleve në bregdetin e Velipojës. Ata janë të afërm të ish kryetarit të komunës së Velipojës, Nikollë Marku pasi pretendonin se ishin në proces gjyqësor për lokalet që ndodhen afër bregut të detit.

Gjatë ndërhyrjes policia përdori edhe gaz lotsjellës dhe largoi forcërisht personat

“Një grup personash tentuan të bllokonin aksionin. Shërbimet e Policisë u kërkuan të mos pengonin punonjësit e IKMT-së dhe të Policisë së Shtetit në kryerjen e detyrës, por ata kundërshtuan forcërisht lirimin e hapësirës ku do të operohej. Policia e Shtetit u bëri thirrje disa herë që të largoheshin nga vendi që operohej, por ata vazhduan të kundërshtonin me forcë shërbimet e Policisë.

Në këto kushte shërbimet e FNSH së, të Forcës së Posaçme Shqiponja dhe ato të Postës së Policisë Velipojë larguan forcërisht të gjithë personat dhe IKM ja vazhdoi punën, duke shembur 24 objekte të paligjshme gjatë gjithë vijës bregdetare të Velipojes Informon sot policia e Shkodrës.
