E bùjshme nga Italia, lirohet nga bùrgu Moisi Habilaj, i afërmi i Tahirit

Moisi Habilaj është liruar nga bùrgu, dhe për momentin do të qendrojë në masën e árrestit të shtëpisë. Lajmi është dhënë nga mediat italiane, të cilat shkruajnë se Habilaj do të qendrojë në árrest shtëpiak në San Michele di Ganzaria ku jeton një anëtar i familjes se tij.

Vendimin për tra.fikantin shqiptar të dro.ges, i afërm me ish-ministrin e Brendshëm, Saimir Tahiri, e ka marrë Gjykata e A.pelit në Catania. Ajo pranoi kërkesën për modifikimin e masës së parabùrgimit të paraqitur nga mbrojtësit, avokatët Maria Caltabiano dhe Francesco Strano Tagliareni.

Habilaj u dë.nua në shkallë të parë me 15 vjet dhe 5 muaj bùrg, por duket se gjykata e Apelit e ka rivlerësuar vendimin për të , dhe vlonjati do të lërë bùrgun më parë nga sa ishte menduar. Moisi Habilaj ishte pjesë e hetimeve të dosjes ‘Rosa dei Venti’, ku ai ishte ákuzuar së bashku me vëllain e tij Florian Habilaj si kreu i një grupi tráfikantësh që kishin tráfikuar nga Shqipëria në Sicili, dro.gë me vlerë 20 milionë euro.

Mediat italiane shkruajnë se árrestimi i tij ngriti një bùjë të vërtetë në Shqipëri, për shkak të përgjimeve që u publikuan, në të cilat Habilaj përmendte dhe të afërmin e tij Saimir Tahiri, që iu kishte lehtësuar trafikun e lëndëve nar.kotike. Habilaj ka qendruar 954 ditësh pas hekurave, dhe tashmë dë.nimin do e shlyejë në árrest shtëpie, në rast se nuk kryen ndonjë shkelje tjetër gjatë kësaj periudhe
