Inspektoriati Shtetëror Shëndetësor ka vendosur të gjobisë dhe më pas të mbyllë aktivitetin e Tv Ora.

Pa paralajmërim, ISHSH ka paraqitur pa paralajmërim dy shkresa të cilat në përmbajtje kanë edhe gabime të rënda.

Ndryshe nga shumica e vendeve të BE së, ku në studio të ftuarit janë më shumë se 3, në Shqipëri ata që guxojnë të bëjnë debat.

Madje vetëm përmes tre fotove Inspektorati Shtetëror Shëndetësor ka vendosur 20 milionë lekë gjobë Për moderatorët e emisioneve kjo është shkelje e fjalës së lirë.

Artur Zheji Nuk kanë ardhur në studio për inspektim, është gënjeshtër. Së dyti nuk ka pasur asnjë paralajmërim serioz. Së treti nuk është bërë asnjë përllogaritje sa i përket dimensioneve të studios. Së katërti është sulm politik.

Sonila Meço Nga pikëpamja institucionale nuk kuptoj pse nuk është ndjekur procedura e paralajmërimit, ndërhyrja e Ramës. Në çfarë bazë shkencore bazohet qeveria, pse ky rregull nuk vlen për fasoneritë, parukeritë, parlamentin. Unë si gazetare do të ndërmarr të gjithë hapat e domsodoshëm për ti shkuar të vërtetës deri në fund. Problemi është çfarë pasojash do të sjellë.

Besart Kadia Dy muaj pas vendosjes së bllokimit të plotë të shoqërisë, qeveria jo vetëm që nuk ndihmon por ka filluar të vendosë masa administrative ndaj medias. Ky diskriminim apo goditje që i bëhet medias për të njëjtën arsye që nuk ndëshkohen të tjerët duket minimalisht e qëllimshme dhe pa arsyen kryesore primare që do të ishte shendeti publik.

Qëllimi është i qartë, sulm medias dhe të ndalohet kushdo që ka mendim ndryshe.

Në fakt në Ora News studiot janë mbi 400 m2 por ISHSH nuk tenton të verifikojë as situatën.

E në fakt gjobën e ka vendosur dikush që mezi priste të vinte Covid 19 në Shqipëri. Por kur i kërkohet shpjegim se si është arritur në këtë gjobë, Areti Beruks kujton se orari i punës i ka mbaruar në orën 14

Në fakt ISHSH do të duhet të ishte në gatishmëri për të verifikuar në terren çdo të dhënë, por me sa duket në punë është vetëm për të gjobitur median.
