Mjekët dhe infermierët që u dërguan në ndihmë të kolegëve të tyre në Itali, u ndëshkuan mbrëmjen e kaluar nga autoritetet e vednit fqinj sepse organizuar brenda hotelit ku qëndronin një festë me muzikë dhe alkool pasi përfunduan misionin e tyre atje.

Personeli mjekësor që mbërriti nga Tirana, i angazhuar në departamentet Covid-19 të Spitaleve Civile, u sanksionua mbrëmjen e djeshme nga policia lokale.

“Unë iu drejtova policisë dhe do ta bëja përsëri, sepse angazhimi në spital nuk justifikon mungesën totale të korrektësisë dhe respektimit të rregullave”: ky është shpërthimi i Luca Andriani, drejtor i Hotel & Regal Hotel Regal në Brescia, ku mjekët dhe infermierët shqiptarë, rreth një duzinë njerëz, u gjobitën nga policia lokale mbrëmjen e djeshme ndërsa festuan përfundimin e misionit të tyre në Itali në mbështetje të Spitaleve Civile për emergjencën e koronavirusit.

“Roja i natës më thirri rreth mesnatës dhe më tha që festa kishte vazhduar me orë të tëra, midis alkoolit dhe muzikës me zë të lartë, duke provokuar protesta nga të ftuarit e dhomave të tjera, të pushtuara gjatë kësaj periudhe ekskluzivisht nga personeli shëndetësor dhe forcat të rendit, në veçanti karabinierët – vazhdon – Askush nuk mbante maskë dhe shumë ishin në ballkon duke kënduar dhe ulëritur, duke prishur qetësinë publike. E cila është edhe më serioze nëse konsideroni se hoteli është drejt përpara spitalit

Sipas drejtorit të Hotel Regal, delegacioni shqiptar nuk ishte i ri për këto episode të çrregullimit: “Kishte tridhjetë mjekë dhe infermierë, ata ishin pritur në hotelin tonë për një muaj dhe të paktën dhjetë persona kanë qenë gjithmonë shumë të vështirë për tu menaxhuar – vazhdon Andriani -. Pavarësisht se u filmuan disa herë, si nga stafi i hotelit, ashtu edhe nga policia lokale gjatë kontrolleve periodike, ata shpesh krijuan mbledhje në dhoma, në zonën e pritjes dhe gjithashtu në ballkone dhe jashtë, ku mblidheshin për të pirë duhan. Dhe më pas ata nuk mbanin maska, ata lanë copa të vjella për t’u pastruar nëpër dhoma, ata u përpoqën të hyjnë në pishinën e mbyllur për rregulla antikovike dhe kështu me radhë

Javët e fundit, një “telefonatë mirësjellje për menaxhimin e shëndetit të spitalit kishte lënë gjithashtu hotelin. Është e qartë se askush nuk e ka vënë në dyshim punën e tyre në repart, por për ne na dukej e drejtë të raportonim sjelljet që ata kishin jashtë, veçanërisht në mbrëmje, kur ata ishin shpesh të këshillueshëm dhe për këtë arsye edhe më pak të disponueshëm për krahasim. Unë e kuptoj që të rinjtë kanë të drejtë të pushojnë, sidomos pas ditëve të tilla stresuese të punës, por pa e tejkaluar. Ne ende po flasim për 30-vjeçarë, jo për fëmijë

Andriani thekson se policia lokale në mënyrë të përsëritur ishte përpjekur ti “stërviste ata në përputhje me rregullat, duke shpjeguar rëndësinë e tyre për të frenuar përhapjen e infeksionit, por nuk kishte asnjë mënyrë. Komandanti në disa raste më thirri për të raportuar se kishte grumbullime të shkaktuara prej tyre në hollin e hotelit, por sigurisht që nuk jam sherif. Kam punonjës shqiptarë që janë përpjekur të flas me ta, për të kapërcyer çdo pengesë gjuhësore, por edhe në këtë rast pa rezultat

Pra, kur situata u përkeqësua mbrëmë, u nxitën sanksionet: “Më vjen keq që kemi shkuar deri më tani, por është e drejtë që pas kartonave të verdhë ai i kuq të arrin përfundimisht – përfundon Luca Andriani -. Raportimi ishte i domosdoshëm, veçanërisht pa respekt për ata që ndjekin rregullat. Unë jam mirënjohës për mjekët dhe infermierët shqiptarë që erdhën të na ndihmojnë, por nëse në vend që të na ndihmojnë ata na ekspozojnë ndaj rreziqeve më shumë për shkak të sjelljes së tyre, prania e tyre bëhet e padobishme
