Shkodra eshte zgjuar kete të mërkurë e “blinduar” nga forcat e Policisë së Shtetit. Zbatimi i leje daljeve, ndëshkimi i personave pa autorizime dhe këshilli i qytetarëve që të rrinë në shtëpi, ka vënë në levizje të gjithë Drejtorinë e Policisë së Qarkut të Shkodrës.
Burime për eetimes bëjnë me dije se gjatë ditës së sotme janë angazhuar rreth 200 efektivë të Policisë, ku gjatë ditës së sotme përvec forcave të policisë vendore të Shkodrës i janë bashkangjitur edhe efektive të shqiponjave që kanë mberritur nga Tirana.
Policia e rendit, Policia e Qarkullimit Rrugore, Patrullat levizëse dhe Forcat Shqiponja, kanë qënë të gjitha në terren që prej orëve të para të mëngjesit, duke kthyer Shkodrën në një “arenë” të Policisë së Shtetit.
Në të gjitha rrugët kryesore të Shkodrës, por jo vetëm ka pasur prezencë të shtuar të policisë duke i bërë të qartë shkodranëve se e vetmja detyrë e tyre është të qëndrojnë në shtepi dhe nuk do të ketë asnjë tolerim për shkelësit.
Sa i takon ndëshkimeve, sipas të njëjtave burime deri tani, janë vendosur rreth 100 masa administrative me gjobë ndaj këmbësorëve.
