Ndonëse po jetojmë momente të vështira për shkak të pandemisë globale të COVID-19, ku qytetarëve u kërkohet të qëndrojnë në banesa, një histori e pazakontë vjen nga Durrësi.

Bëhet fjalë për Marsel Papajorgjin, 31 vjec dhe Oksana Ppapajorgjin, prindër të një vajze 8-vjeçare, të cilët kanë qëndruar për tre ditë në dhomat e paraburgimit të Durrësit pasi janë ndaluar nga policia e duke blerë produkte ushqimore në markatën e qytetit. Gazetarja Klodjana Haxhiaj raporton për ‘BalkanWeb’ se burrë e grua, banorë të lagjjes nr. 8 në Durrës u arrestuan me akuzën e thyerjes së karantinës, pasi kishin dalë çift në markatë, dhe duke mos ju përmbajtur masave mbrojtëse për virusin. Në gjykatë mes ankthit dhe frikës për të ardhmen e tyre gjykata vendosi “arrest shtëpie”

Nëna e 31-vjecarit, e cilësoi arrestimin e djalit dhe të nuses së saj të padrejtë. “Dolën të blinin dy kile patate dhe u arrestuan si kriminelë. Nuk kanë bërë asgjë për të shkuar në polici e të qëndronin atje tre ditë. Nusja është e huaj ruse nuk di as gjuhën mirë”, tha nëna e djalit, shkruan ‘BalkanWeb’

Çifti akuzohet për kundërshtim me dhunë të forcave të policisë. Sipas prokurorisë që kërkoi ‘arrest me burg’ Oksana Papajorgji ka goditur një punonjëse policie dhe ka kundërshtuar forcat e rendit.
Burimet policore thanë se gruaja ka kafshuar në dorë policen femër.

Edhe avokati mbrojtës Ilia Ilia e konsideroi arrestimin të padrejtë. Ai tha se gruaja u konfliktua me policinë ndërsa ka qenë duke pritur bashkëshortin që po blinte produkte në treg. “Oksana nuk komunikon mirë shqip, por çifti ishte dakord të gjobitej me masë administrative siç e parashikon ligji. Akuza e goditjes së polices nga Roksana bie sepse ajo është 50 kg ndërsa policja dyfishi i saj” pohoi akovati.

Policia e Durrësit ka ashpërsuar masat dy ditët e fundit për çdo dalje të qytetarëve nga shtëpia kërkohet leja e miratuar nga EAlbania.
