Vargu nënvizoi faktin se duhet të shtohet më shumë numri i testeve, ndërkohë që theksoi se shifrat e deklaruara nga qeveria janë të pabesueshme, dhe se kurba e rasteve të vendin tonë është e pashpjegueshme.
