Dita e parë me fashë të re lëvizje deri në orën 17: 30 ka bërë që qytetarët të lëvizin më shumë dhe pa autorizime. Nga ana tjetër policia e rendit, ajo rrugore, ushtria dhe policia bashkiake nuk e kanë ulur vëmendjen, duke mos kursyer as sanksionet.

Per here te pare jane vendosur afro 200 gjoba, kjo edhe si nje implus i shtuar pas ardhjes se kordinatorit te ri per Qarkun Besfort Lamallari.
