Ish prefekti i Qarkut Shkodër, Çesk Millja pasi u shkarkua nga ministri i Brendshëm Sandër Lleshaj ka dalë në një deklaratë për mediat me nota falenderimi për shkodranet dhe bashkëpunëtorët.
Ai tha që ka zbatur të gjitha aktet normative për situatën dhe ka punuar me përgjegjësi. Millja tha se njoftimi ka qenë largim nga puna ndërsa nuk ka dashur ta komentojë si të drejte apo gabuar.
Jam sot këtu për të zbatuar detyrimin ligjor, në kuadër të zbatimit të detyrës dhe meqë më dolët para nuk mund tju anashkaloj juve sepse kam bashkëpunuar gjatë gjithë kohës.
Duke ju falenderuar edhe ju, sot nuk është ditë konferencash por pune për të rritur gjithnjë e më shumë masat për parandalimin ndaj një fenomeni të vështirë që po kalojmë. Do këshilloja që themelore është të marrim masa e punojmë të gjithë së bashku për të realizuar një mision, të gjithë bashkë përkëtë qëllim. Isha jo vetëm për të dorëzuar detyrën por edhe falenderuar kolegët e mi që kanë menaxhuar dhe zbatuar të gjitha aktet ligjore dhe normative.
Të shikojmë përpara dhe të mos shikohet pas, motivacioni është “lirohesh nga detyra, ky është motivacioni nga kryeministri. Nuk është detyra ime të them se çfarë vendimi është por di të them se kam qenë i përkushtuar dhe ju jeni pasqyra e punës sime për punën e gjithë strukturave territoriale. Ju uroj gëzuar Pashkët për ato që i kaluan e që nuk kisha mundësi të përshëndesja, për ato të ardhshmet ortodokse dhe muajin e Ramazanit”, tha Millja.
Ministri i Brendshëm Sandër Lleshaj ka njoftuar shkarkimin nga detyra të prefektit të Qarkut Shkodër Çesk Millja dhe zëvendësimin e tij nga zv/miinistri Besfort Lamallari
Lleshaj tha se emërimi në këtë funksion i një zv ministri tregon interesin që ka qeveria për kryeqendrën e veriut, ndërsa pohoi se Lamallari nuk do të ketë vetë këtë funksion por edhe bashkëpunimin me kryebashkiakët e qarkut për daljen sa më shpejt nga situata e pandemisë.
