Drejtor Veliu ka porositur shërbimet që të mos tolerojnë asnjë drejtues mjeti 4 plus 1, i cili pavarësisht autorizimit që mund të ketë, lëviz jashtë fashave orare të lejuara, si dhe jashtë destinacionit për të cilin ka marrë autorizim.
Gjatë një prononcimi për mediat, Drejtori i Përgjithshëm Ardi Veliu ka theksuar se do lejohen të qarkullojnë pa limit, vetëm makinat e transportit të mallrave, ndërsa makinat e vogla të bizneseve do të lejohen të qarkullojnë vetëm në fashat orare të lejuara, me qëllim vajtjen në punë dhe kthimin në banesë.
Ndërsa, për emergjencat mjekësore, nuk ka nevojë për autorizim, por duhet të telefonojnë në numrin 112 ose 129 për të dhënë të dhënat dhe targën e mjetit me të cilin do të kryejnë lëvizjen.
Veliu ka apeluar për të gjithë qytetarët që të zbatojnë masat kufizuese, duke lëvizur vetëm një pjesëtar i familjes, me lejen e marrë nga e Albania, për të bërë pazar dhe për arsye tjetër.
Së fundmi, Policia e Shtetit, në funksion të zbatimit të monitorimit të masave kufizuese, ka nisur kontrollin e territorit me anë të dronëve.
