Edhe në ditët e tjera ka patur shumë vend për ndërgjegjësim, por sot ndoshta ndikuar edhe nga vendimi autoriteteve për të mbyllur gjithçka deri të hënën në mëngjes, ka shkaktuar këtë grumbullim në tregje
Në ditët e kaluar disa pushtetarë kanë vizituar Shkodrën me qëllim shmangien e kësak situate, por nga pamjet duket se kjo nuk ka ndikuar. Sakaq artistë, sportistë, por edhe qytetarë të thjeshtë kanë bërë thirrje që Shkodra të ndërgjegjësohet, por të gjitha duken se kanë rënë në vesh të shurdhët.
