Ish deputeti demokrat Bardh Spahia ka reaguar në lidhje me shkarkimin e prefektit të qarkut Shkodër. Spahia akuzon kryeministrin E di Rama se shkarkimi i Prefektit është kurban për të larguar përgjegjësitë nga vetja e vet. Më herët ministri i Brendshëm Sandër Lleshi shkarkoi prefektin e Shkodrës, Çesk Millja dhe në vendin e tij u emërua zv. ministri i Brendshëm, Besfort Lamallari. Mungesa e vendimmarrjes për menaxhimin e situatës së COVID-19, ishte arsyeja e vendimit për lirimin nga detyra të Prefektit të Qarkut Shkodër.
3 të infektuar të rinj me COVID-19 në Shkodër, e një në Pukë e cuan në 53 numrin e të prekurve, sipas shifrave zyrtare. Njëlloj si në shifrat totale, ato u rritën pasi u rrit numri i testimeve, c’ka tregon se situata në terren është tjetër nga shifrat e ofruara. Por Shkodra po tregon se sa pak vëmendje ka patur nga qeveria. Pasi i sulmoi pacipësisht kryetaren e Bashkisë dhe qytetarët e Shkodrës për situatën me COVID-19, Rama e bëri një kurban nga rradhët e veta, për t’ia hedhur përgjegjësinë, prefektin e Shkodrës. Tejet qesharak justifikimi, se prefekti nuk paska treguar lidership e vendimmarrje, kur dihet mirë se as ministrat nuk guxojnë të vendosin vetë, nën pushtetin e Edi Ramës.
Eshtë thjesht mënyra se si një individ, i përdor njerëzit si lecka njëpërdorimëshe, por edhe frika që ka nga Shkodra, edhe nga vetë socialistët shkodranë, të cilëve po u centralizon edhe drejtimin e një institucioni vendor si Prefekti, me një të përzgjedhur nga Tirana. Njëlloj sic u ka bërë edhe me partinë, nuk merr në konsideratë asnjë socialist vendas që t’i japë besim, por kjo është një cështje e tyre e brendshme. Sidoqoftë, fakt është se kjo qasje ndaj Shkodrës ka sjellë mungesën e vëmendjes institucionale në këtë kohë sfiduese me virusin Korona, dhe Rama përgjegjësinë po e hedh edhe tek të vetët.
Në fakt cdo funksionar vendor, i djathtë apo i majtë, cdo anëtar i personelit shëndetësor, e di mirë se c’ka qeveria u ka ofruar deri tani, ka qenë vetëm presioni për të mos folur, për të mos u ankuar për pajisjet e munguara mbrojtëse, për mungesën e testeve e madje edhe moszbatimin nga policia të detyrimit për karantinim të shtetasve të ardhur nga Italia. Kurbanët brenda vetes janë problemi i Ramës dhe i ndjekësve të tij natyrisht, por Shkodra duhet të marrë mbështetjen që i takon, me të gjitha mjetet që i duhen për tu përballur me COVID-19. Nuk është cështje dëshire, por detyrimi institucional e shtetëror në cdo vend demokratik!
