Romeo Gurakuqi: Shkodren, Rama e la qëllimisht në harresë

Ish-deputeti i PD-së në Shkodër Romeo Gurakuqi kërkon që menaxhimi i situatës së emergjencës nga koronavirusi në këtë qark të bëhet nga një komisar i pavarur, pasi sipas tij, qeveria është e njëanshme dhe nuk po bën punën e duhur. Në një intervistë për gazetarin e Report Tv Besard Jacaj, ai tha se qeveria ka qenë selektive me ndihmat për Shkodrën.

“Qeveria të largojë personat e deleguar për rendin publik dhe prefekturën dhe të vendosë një komisar të jashtëzakonshëm që do të merret me emergjencën i shoqëruar me një ekip specialistësh që ta trajtojë me korrektese. Ministri duhet të kishte kërkuar falje për trajtimin e rasteve të Shkodrës dhe krizën e fundit, bashkëngjitur të tjerave, që PS dhe ministria ka mbajtur ndaj Shkodrës. Të mbështesë bashkinë e Shkodrës me fonde për shtresat në nevojë dhe dezinfektimin.

Unë jam këtu për t’i bërë të njohur opinionit situatën e mosveprimit të kahershëm të qeverisë në rrethanat e ekzistencës që ka qenë në udhëkryqin e lëvizjes. Ka një lënie në harresë të qëllimshme, papërgjegjshmëri. Është një rast kur gjërat lihen të lira me qëllim dhe qeveria godet pushtetin lokal. Kësaj situate të rënduar i është shtuar edhe kriza e COVID-19. Shkodra është në vendin e dytë, 35 të infektuar që janë në shtëpi, 7 në spital, numri në total është diku te 53. Qeveria nuk ka ushtruar funksionet e veta. Pavarësisht punës së jashtëzakonshme të punës së bashkisë për shtresat në nevojë. Numrat janë zyrtarët por ekzistojnë një numër i madh në vetëkarantinim dhe qeveria nuk ka ushtruar kontrollet nuk ka bërë tamponet, pavarësisht se kërkesat janë shumë të mëdha. Deri në fund të marsit numri i tamponeve ka qenë i vogël, ndërsa pas shpërthimit ka qenë 10-15.

Nuk janë bërë analizat e stafit mjekësor që ka qenë drejtpërdrejt me infeksionin. Nga qeveria kanë ardhur shumë vonë pajisjet, një pjesë e stafit i bëri përgatitjet vetë. Qeveria ka dërguar vetëm 208 pako në Shkodër, ndërsa Shijakut 650, Durrësit 750, Lacit 350 dhe Lezhës 350 pako. Ky është trajtimi i fundit. Pa llogaritur fondet. Gjej rastin të përsëris thirrjen për një ndryshim radikal të qasjes dhe mos provokim më kur kërkohet unitet për të përballuar një gjendje të pazakonshme. I bëj thirrje kryeministrit, të ndryshojë qasjen ndaj Shkodrës dhe e kam paralajmëruar për këtë situatë, pasi gjërat lihen qëllimisht të lira dhe më pas adresohet gishti gabimisht aty ku nuk duhet. Ky është qëndrim persekutist i kryeministrit ndaj Shkodrës” tha ai.
