Lidhur me lajmin e publikuar në media për vdekjen e një pacienti me COVID19 në Shkodër, Ministria e Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale informon se


I moshuari 85 vjeçar, me inicialet E.L i cili ka ndërruar jetë në banesën e tij në Shkodër, nuk ka humbur jetën si pasojë e COVID19


I moshuari, i cili prej dy muajsh qëndronte i palëvizur për shkak të një frakture koksofemorale dhe vuante nga diabeti mellitus, sëmundje kardiake dhe hipertension, ka ndërruar jetë si pasojë e infarktit të miokardit ditën e sotme


85-vjeçari ka qenë bartës i COVID19, i konfirmuar gjatë hetimit epidemiologjik të kryer tek të gjithë anëtarët e familjes së tij në Shkodër, por ka qenë asimptomatik gjatë gjithë kohës, pra pa shenja të sëmundjes. 85 vjeçari ndiqej nga mjeku i familjes, i cili ka konfirmuar se shkaku i vdekjes është infarkti i miokardit


Ministria e Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale i shpreh ngushëllime familjes së të ndjerit dhe siguron opinionin publik se do të informojë për situatën, sikundër ka bërë deri tani. Sqarojmë edhe një herë se 85-vjeçari, nuk është viktimë e COVID19 në Shqipëri
