Ne masat e marra i kemi përshëndetur, unë mendoj se proceset penale nuk duhet që të ndërpriten, pasi shumë persona që mund të gjenden brenda pretendojnë pafajësinë e tyre
Deri në këto momente nuk ka një projektligj, unë mendoj se propozimi i deputetes, që nuk është profesioniste e fushës, nuk duhet që të kalojë në Kuvend. Është një deputete që vjen nga radhët e mjekësisë, e këshilloj që të veshë bluzen e bardhë, pasi një normë juridike nuk mund të ngrihet në bazën e një emocioni.
Ligji duhet që të konsultohet me të gjithë aktorët, nuk besoj se ky ligj do të kalojë në Kuvend. Por edhe nëse ndodh, presidenti mund ta kthejë mbrapsht, dhe kjo kërkon një kohë prej të paktën dy muajsh, dhe në atë moment ligji e humbet qëllimin për të cilin ai është ngritur.
Sot i kemi dhënë të drejtë policisë së shtetit që të gjobisë personat, nuk mund të marrim dhe ti fusim në burg personat, të çojmë pensionistë në burgje, kjo do ishte një katastrofë nëse ne rrisim artificialisht numrin e të burgosurve.
Është e përcaktuar në Kushtetutën e Shqipërisë se kur i hiqet liria e një personi, nuk ka nevojë për ndryshime në Kodin Penal, tha Vishaj.
