Ne nje kohe kur te gjithe stresohen te mbyllur brenda nga frika e infektimit nga Covid 19, komuniteti Rom ne Shkoder te ofron nje atmosfere krejtesisht ndryshe. Pamjet e operatorit Mark Gjeka i cili ishte aty per te ndihmuar komunitetin e varfer me ndihma te Bashkise Shkoder tregojne me se miri , se aty festohet ne nje ceremoni martesore .
