“Miss Anglia” lë kurorën e bukurisë dhe i kthehet punës si mjeke për të luftuar Covid19

U kurorëzua “Miss Anglia” në vitin 2019, dhe sot ajo ka vendosur të rikthehet në Mbretërinë e Bashkuar për të vazhduar karrierën e saj si mjeke në luftën kundër armikut të padukshëm, COVID19

Bukuroshja, Bhasha Mukherjee hoqi dorë nga karriera e saj si mjeke pas pjesëmarrjes në “Miss World” në dhjetor të vitit 2019, ku përfaqësonte Anglinë.

E ftuar të jetë ambasadore për bamirësi, Mukherjee kishte planifikuar të vë stetoskopin e saj dhe të përqendrohet në punën humanitare deri në gusht të këtij viti.

“Më ftuan në Afrikë, në Turqi, pastaj në Indi, Pakistan dhe disa vende të tjera të Azisë për të qenë një ambasadore për punë të ndryshme bamirësie” ka thënë ajo për gjigantin CNN.

Por, ndërsa situata e koronavirusit u përkeqësua në Britani të Madhe, 24-vjeçarja po merrte mesazhe nga ish-kolegët, duke i thënë asaj se sa e vështirë ishte situata për ta.

Më pas, ajo kontaktoi ekipin drejtues të spitalit për ti njoftuar se dëshironte të kthehej në punë.

“Nuk ka kohë më të mirë për mua që të jem Miss Anglia dhe të ndihmoj Anglinë në një kohë nevoje” shprehet ajo.

Mbretëria e Bashkuar regjistron më tepër se 51,600 raste të koronavirusit dhe mbi 5,370 vdekje sipas shifrave të Universitetit Johns Hopkins.
