Kryetarja e bashkisë ka bërë më shumë se detyrën e saj. Nuk ka patur asnjë mbështetje nga qeveria.

Lulzim Basha: Jo, nuk duhej të ishte e para, ka qenë e para dhe e ka bërë në mënyrë të vazhdueshme. Por mos harroni se në Shkodër, si në çdo bashki tjetër të vendit, është detyrë e policisë të zbatojë rregullat. Duhet t’I lëmë lojërat politike. Sepse nuk ka vend këtu për lojëra politike siç nisi mëngjesi duke shkuar e duke treguar me gisht një bashki dhe duke shpikur gjëra që nuk qëndrojnë, sepse kryetarja e bashkisë në qoftë se e merrni dhe e pyesni është e vetmja kryetare e bashkisë, ka tre pika kufitare Shkodra. Ka Vermoshin, ka Murriqanin, ka Hanin e Hotit.

Që ka marrë në telefon Hanin e Hotit. Ka marrë ne telefon njerëzit vetë. Nuk është detyrë e saj. I ka marrë vetë në telefon njerëzit që janë futur. Me qindra telefonata ka bërë dhe s’ka marrë asnjë informacion. Ndërkohë dhe kjo është thirrja tjetër. Kam 10 ditë që i kam kërkuar qeverisë. Neni 15 I Ligjit për Parandalimin dhe Kontrollin e Sëmundjeve Infektive. Ja ku e kam këtu. I kaluar në vitin 2016. Ligji numër 15 viti 2016 thotë: Strukturat përgjegjëse të shëndetësisë në nivel vendor dhe rajonal detyrohen të informojnë rregullisht për situatën e sëmundjeve infektive dhe masave parandaluese njësitë e vetëqeverisjes vendore në territorin ku ato veprojnë.

Njësitë e vetëqeverisjes vendore mbështesin veprimtarinë e punonjësve të shëndetësisë për zbatimin e masave për parandalimin dhe lufimin e sëmundjeve infective të parashikuara në këtë ligj. E dini ju që vetëm sot është thirrur kryetarja e bashkisë nga prefekti? Që ka 1 muaj që nuk e merr në telefon as ministrja e Shëndetësisë, as ministri I Brendshëm, as kryeministri.

E kam kërkuar 10 ditë më përpara 1 VKM të posaçme që pushteti vendor të angazhohet pikërisht që përmes testimit të bëhet gjurmimi dhe izolimi. Se ata e njohin territorin më mirë sesa e njeh Tiranën. Në kuptimin zyrtar të fjalës

Përgjigje: Si a di t’I kërkoj? Po unë e kam kërkuar 10 herë në ditë. Dhe ua kërkoj në mënyrën më absolute. Opozita është e para që ka kërkuar masa kur qeveria
