Shkodra ka përplasur qeverinë dhe Partinë Demokratike, ndërsa në qytetin veriperëndimor situata është mjaft problematike për shkak të pandemisë së COVID-19, e qyteti konsiderohet si një ndër zonat më të nxehta.
Kryeministri Edi Rama sot akuzoi kryebashkiaken e qytetit, Voltana Ademi, se nuk ka pasur angazhim të plotë dhe mirëkuptim maksimal për zbatimin e masave të marra kundër përhapjes së koronavirusit.
Kjo e fundit iu përgjigj se qeveria është përgjegjëse për vdekjen e një 80 vjeçareje për shkak të neglizhencës.
Jo vetëm kaq, por ajo kërkoi edhe që të rriten testimet e vuri në dukje faktin se autoritetet e akne braktisur qytetin sepse për 250 mijë banorë, erdhën si ndihma vetëm 200 pako. Në lidhje me akuzat për mungesë ndihmash reagoi edhe ministri i Brendshëm, Sandër Lleshaj.
Ai e quajti të paaftë Ademin për të bërë disa detyra bazike në shërbim të qytetarëve të saj. “Shkodra sot nuk ka nevojë për politikë, por për pastërti dhe qytetari nga të gjithë” tha Lleshaj.
Duhet thënë se Ademi është kryebashkiake pa mandat, por ushtron detyrën, ndërsa Këshilli Bashkiak komandohet nga Partia Socialiste.
Katër përfaqësuesit e PD në Shkodër, Romeo Gurakuqi, Izmira Ulqinaku, Lorenc Luka dhe Bardh Spahia kanë bërë një deklaratë të përbashkët në lidhje me situatën e vështirë.
“Përsërisim thirrjen ndaj Qeverisë të shtojë urgjentisht numrin e testimeve dhe të angazhohet pa diskriminim në mbështetje të familjeve dhe bizneseve në nevojë. Retorika e sulmeve, ndasive dhe diskriminimi duhet të marrë fund menjëherë! Shkodra ka qenë, është dhe do të jetë përherë krenaria e Shqipërisë!” ishte thirrja e tyre.
Edhe presidenti Ilir Meta ka zhvilluar një bisedë telefonike me prefektin e qarkut të Shkodrës, kryetaren e Bashkisë, Voltana Ademi dhe ministren e Shëndetësisë, Ogerta Manastirliu pas përkeqësimit të treguesve të përhapjes së pandemisë në zonan e Shkodrës.
Meta përsëriti edhe njëherë thirrjen drejtuar qytetarëve të Shkodrës që të zbatojnë me përpikmëri të gjitha protokollet shëndetësore të vendosura nga autoritetet
