I kemi ilustruar me figurë në Shkodër, se si vetë policia linte të largoheshin udhëtarë të ardhur nga Italia, edhe pse deklaronte se do sigurohej për karantinimin e tyre! Janë mbi 3 mijë të ardhur në Shkodër. Degradimi i situatës ka ardhur nga indiferenca e autoriteteve qendrore, e qëllimshme, pasi ne e kemi denoncuar në mënyrë të përsëritur!

Shkodra e di shumë mirë cfarë bën në këtë periudhë kryetarja demokrate e bashkisë, këshilli bashkiak socialist dhe qeveria e strukturat e saj në Shkodër. Sandër kimiku, sikur virusi të mund të luftohej me gaz lotsjellës, atëherë do kishim kërkuar sulmin tënd të pamëshirshëm, të pashpirt dhe shkatërrues, me gazrat e tua. Prandaj, qetësohu ushtar!
