Situate e ores, 14.00 ne Territorin e Qarku Shkoder. KMC, ka kordinuar veprimtarine e te gjitha strukturave, inspektoriatave dhe bashkive per realizimin e detyrave ne kuadrin e zbatimit te akteve normative dhe urdherave perkates. Gjate paradites se sotme ne raport me ditet e tjera eshte konstatuar levizje me e dendur e njerezve prane dyqaneve te bukes, minimarketeve dhe tregjeve, duke shkelur edhe regullat e distancimit e te perdorimit te mjeteve mbrojtese.
Situata e Rendit publik ne te gjithe territorin e Qarlut eshte e qete. Nga DVP, gjate 24 oreve te fundit jane marre rreth 32 masa ndeshkuese, ndaj kundervajtese qe kane shkelur rregullat e qarkullimit, sherbimit tregtar apo vetkarantinimit.Jane kontaktuar rreth 27 persona per detyrim vetkarantinimi. Pas ores 13.00 grupet e punes se DVP, FNSh, Ushtrise dhe Policite bashkiake kane marre masat per ndalimin e qarkullimit te plote ne te gjithe territorin e Qarkut.
Nga inspektoriatet jane inspekuar gjate dites se sotme rreth 30 subjekte ofrues te sherbimeve, si Fast Food, farmaci, pastiqeri, bar- kafe, minimarkete, etj..ndaj te cilat nuk u moren masa ndeshkuese, nderkohe qe u konstatuan te mbyllura rreth 40 subjekte te tjera. Gjate dites se sotme nga KMC eshte kordinuar veprimtaria e DR.Rajonale te Sig Shoq. me te gjitha bashkite per te shkembyer listat totale qe disponon institucioni ISSH me bashkite, me qellim qe ti krijohet mundesia bashkive per te mbeshtetur me ndihmat ushqimore kryesisht dhe vetem familjet qe jane aktualisht ne nevoja ekstreme.
Ky bashkepunim do te vijoje edhe gjate diteve ne vijim. Nga NJVKSH-te, po ndiqet e monitorohet situata epidemiologjike ne te gjitha territorin e Qarkut dhe bashkite e cila eshte perqendruar intensivisht ne 4 rastet e shfaqura pozitiv, duke vijuar gjurmimin, e vetkarantinuar dhe dezinfektimin e te gjithe rrethit familjar e shoqeror qe lidhen me rastet. Vijon hetimi epidemiologjik mbi kontaktet e dyshuara.
Gjendja shendetesore e personave te konfirmuar pozitiv qe nuk jane hospitalizuar eshte e mire. Vazhdon trajnimi personelit i stafeve te mjekeve te QSH ne te gjitha bashikte, si dhe ne bashkepunim me farmacite ka vazhduar shperndarja ilaceve ne banesat e pensionisteve mbi 65 vjec ne te gjithe Qarkun.
NJVKSh kane derguar edhe 5 mostra te dyshuara nga Bashkia Shkoder dhe 2 nga Bashkia Vau Dejes ne ISHP Tirane per te cilat pritet pergjigja e analizave. Nga Dogana H.Hotit, gjate 24 oreve te fundit kane udhetuar rreth 190 shtetas, prej te cileve 66, shqiptar dhe 133 te huaj. Nr i personave qe i eshte matur temp, 120, nr i skedave te plotesuara 120. Bashkite kane vijuar punen per dezinfektimin e ambienteve te institucioneve shteterore dhe private, rrugeve trotuareve dhe mbeshtetjen e familjeve ne nevoje me ndihma ushqimore. KMC, po e monitoron situaten duke kordinuar veprimtarine e te gjitha institucioneve anetare dhe KMCB, ne zbatim te urdherit per ndalim te plote te qarkullimit ne te gjithe territorin e Qarkut Shkoder.
