49 vjeçari që humbi jetën sot në spitalin e Infektivit në Tiranë pasi ishte prekur nga COVID19, ishte drejtori rajonal i rezervave materiale të shtetit në Shkodër (zona industriale Pukë).
Ndue Marinaj vuante nga diabeti mellitus dhe ishte prej 10 ditësh në terapi intensive. Pavarësisht përpjekjeve të ekipit mjekësor të spitalit Infektiv, 49 vjecari nuk arriti të mbijetojë.
Identifikimin e viktimës së pestë e bëri kryetari i Bashkisë së Pukës, Gjon Gjonaj, i cili shprehu ngushëllimet për ndarjen e parakohshme nga jeta të Marinajt.
“Fati i keq e deshi që sot të jem i detyruar të ndaj me ju lajmin e kobshëm për humbjen e mikut tonë të përbashkët, Ndue Marinaj. Virusi, për të cilin ka ditë që ju them se nuk duhet marr si një lojë, na mori më të mirin prej nesh. Ndoja, i cili iku sot ashtu në mënyrë të pakuptim, do të mbahet mend gjatë si një prej kontributorëve më të mëdhenj në bashkinë tonë, jo vetëm si një biznesmen i suksesshëm gjurmët e të cilit i ndjejmë kudo, por edhe në ndihmë të familjeve në nevojë të cilat i ndihmonte ashtu në heshtje, me togfjalëshin e vetëm “E bëj për Zotin” tek i cili u dorëzua sot.
Personalisht pata fatin ta njoh që në rinin e hershme të tij, dhe gjithnjë Ndoja është dalluar në shkollë, në shoqëri, e më tej dhe në punë, si njeriu i gjindshëm kurdo e kudo. Së fundmi si drejtor rajonal i Rezervave të Shtetit për zonën e Veriut me qendër në Pukë, Ndue Morinaj do të mbahet mend gjatë për gatishmërinë dhe korrektësinë në çdo rast ndërhyrje dhe veprimit .
Sot Puka ka një kontributor të shquar më pak! Do të na mungojë një prej djemve të zellshëm që nuk reshti së kontribuari për vendlindjen e tij! Do të na mungoj një prej drejtuesve që krijoi modelin e menaxhimit të një strukture jo pak të lehë. Personalisht do të më mungoi miku im më i mirë, i cili më mbështeti e shoqëroi në të gjithë veprimtarin time në shërbim të Pukës, këtij vendit tonë të dashur që u desh shumë punë e mund ta transformonim deri ku është sot.
Në këtë ngjarje që na tronditi të gjithëve pa masë në emër të komunitetit pukjan I shpreh ngushëllimet e sinqerta, prindërve, fëmijëve, bashkëshortes dhe të gjithë të afërmve.
