Mjeku infeksionist, Pëllumb Pipero, thotë se është ende herët për të bërë një parashikim të saktë të ecurisë së Covid-19 në Shqipëri. Në një bisedë në studion e lajmeve në TemA TV, Pipero tha se pavarësisht numrit relativisht të ulët të numrit të të infektuarve ditë pas dite, nuk ka vend për optimizëm, pasi përhapja e virusit është ende në fillimet e saj. Sipas Piperos, piku i të infektuarve pritet të arrihet diku nga fundi i javës së tretë ose fillimi i javës së katërt.
“Jemi ende në fillim. Është java e parë, është herët për një parashikim të saktë. Nuk besoj se ka vend për optimizëm. Është një ecuri normale brenda anormalitetit. Përvoja e vendeve të tjera ka dëshmuar se në javët e para, numri është i vogël, pastaj nga fundi i javës së tretë dhe fillimi i javës së katërt vjen piku.
Është e vështirë të bëjmë parashikime. Ne jemi në situatë qetësie të rreme të epidemisë. Askush nuk mund të parashikojë shifrat. Kjo duket një heshtje që nuk do të zgjasë shumë. Fundi i javës së tretë dhe fillimi i javës së katërt do të jetë ai bumi tipik i epidemive”, tha ai.
Pipero tha se për frenimin e përhapjes së epidemisë është i domosdoshëm zbatimi i masave kufizuese që janë marrë deri tani. “Epidemia ka sjellje të ndryshme. Aty ku është gabuar më shumë, ka pasur më shuëm raste. Le të marrim Italinë, ku qytetarët nuk zbatuan rregullat dhe mjekët nuk konsideruan personat me simptoma të ngjashme me gripin. Atje ku është gabuar, kostoja ka qenë e madhe, atje ku qytetarët nuk kanë qenë bashkëpunues, kostoja ka qenë akoma më e madhe”, tha ai.
Sa u takon kapaciteteve që Shqipëria ka për përballimin e situatave të tilla, Pipero tha se asnjë sistem shëndetësor nuk ka kapacitete për situata të tillë. Ai shtoi se në vendin tonë janë marrë masa dhe po merren të tjera për t’u përballur me një situatë të tillë.
“Ne kemi pasur para fillimit të epidemisë 5 respiratorë, tani kemi 35. Qeveria po merr masat maksimale që kapacitetet të jenë optimale”, tha ai. Lidhur me kontrollet në pikat e kalimit kufitar, Pipero tha se nuk ka pasur bashkëpunim nga ana e qytetarëve.
“Kjo është një pandemi. Të gjitha shtetet janë të detyruara të përshtasin udhëzimet e OBSH-së. Secili nga ne mund të ketë opinionet e veta. Në fund të fundit jemi të detyruar të respektojmë udhëzimet. Masat e marra kanë qenë adekuate, por unë si mjek nuk kam pritur kurrë që rastet të zbulohen në pikat e kalimit kufitar. Indikatori i vetëm klinik që kemi në dispozicion është temperatura. Kjo nuk ndodh në të gjitha rastet. Koha më e mirë për analiza është pas epidemisë”, tha ai.
Mjeku infeksionit tha se më i rëndësishëm se testimet është gjurmimi i kontakteve të të prekurve. “Ka udhëzime të OBSH që duhen respektuar. Unë si specialist i shp ne nuk duhet të bëjmë despistim. Kjo nuk na vlen. Ne duhet të gjurmojmë rastet e kontakttit. Këtu duhet kërkuar i sëmuri për t’u izoluar, sepse ndërpresim zinxhirin epidemiologjik. Në dijeninë time ka teste. Por nuk ka vlerë. Duhet të ndërpesim zinxhirin epidemiologjik”, tha ai.
Pipero tha se nuk duhet mbajtur shpresë te medikamete apo vaksina, pasi të tilla nuk ka ende dhe nuk pritet të ketë efektive për një periudhë të paktën 12 muaj.
“Këtë vit nuk po themi asnjë sekret, të gjithë qytetarët ta marrin në konsideratë që është e pamundur që të dalë një mjekim apo një vaksinë. Këtë vit, medikament dhe vaksinë janë qytetarët e bindur. Një medikament do kohën e tij të certifikohet. Është e vështirë të kemi një medikament apo një vaksinë. Kemi një zgjidhje tjetër: këshillat dhe masat e znbatuaeshme. Protokollet që kmei në zbatim janë të mundshme për t’u aplikuar”, tha ai.
