300 milionë euro për pasojat e koronavirusit! Rama plan me 7 pika, të gjitha kategoritë që përfitojnë (VIDEO)

Rreth 300 milionë euro është paketa me shtatë pika e qeverisë shqiptare për të përballuar pasojat dhe luftën me koronavirusin në të gjitha frontet, shëndetësi, por edhe bizneset dhe individët. Pasditen e sotme, kryeministri Edi Rama shpalosi planin. 20 milionë euro i janë vendosur në dispozicion Ministrisë së Shëndetësisë për të përballuar emergjencën. Për kompanitë e mëdha në vështirësi për pagat e punonjësve do të jepen 80 mln euro, që do të sigurohen përmes një huaje shtetërore (garanci sovrane, ndoshta eurobond i ri).

Për, biznesin e vogël, shtresat në nevojë dhe papunësinë, kategoritë më të prekura nga situata e krijuar qeveria ka akorduar në total 53 milionë euro. 16 milionë euro do të jenë në dispozicion të Ministrisë së Mbrojtjes për operacionet humanitare. Qeveria ka menduar që 8 mln euro t’i mbajë rezervë për cdo situatë që mund të dalë në vijim.

Një tjetër pikë ishte edhe fshirja e kamatëvonesave të energjisë elektrike për 211024 abonentë me efekt 120 mln euro në buxhetin e shtetit. Pika e fundit e planit ishte riskedulimi i tatim fitimit për të gjithë biznesin nga 2-14 mln lekë xhiro. Ky, the kryeministri është vetëm plani A, që kërkon edhe rishikim të buxhetit të vitit 2020, duke uruar që kjo gjendje e krijuar të mbarojë sa më shpejt.

7 masat e qeverisë për koronavirusin
1. 2.5 mld lekë (20 mln euro) për Ministrinë e Shëndetësisë për luftën në vijën e zjarrit për pajisje dhe mbështetje për personelin mjekësor

2. 10 mld lekë (80 mln euro) përmes garancisë sovrane për kompanitë që kanë vështirësi objektive për pagat e punonjësve

3. 6.5 mld lekë (53 mln euro) për nevojat imediate për shtresat në nevojë për biznesin e vogël dhe papunësinë e mundshme

4. 2 mld lekë (16 mln euro) për ministrinë e Mbrojtjes për operacionet humanitare

5. 1 mld lekë (8 mln euro) për qeverinë për cdo urgjencë të paparashikuar

6. Do të fshijmë përgjithmonë kamat-vonesat për debitorët aktivë të energjisë familjarë apo biznes i vogël me efekt 15 mld lekë (120 mln euro) do të përfitojnë 211024 abonentë

7. Do të riskedulojmë në gjashtë mujorin e dytë të 2020 dhe në vijim tatim fitimin për të gjithë biznesin nga fasha nga 2-14 mln lekë xhiro.
