Informacion i orës 14:00 datë 18.03.2020 i Komisionit të Mbrojtjes Civile- Qarku Shkoder

Vazhdon ndjekja e detyrave nepermjet grupeve të punës të ngritura neë bashkepunim me strukturat DVP, Ushtrise, policisë bashkiake, inspektoriatet, spitaleve dhe komisionet e Mbrojtjes civile në çdo bashki për monitorimin dhe ndjekjen e zbatimit të detyrave të deleguar nëpermjet Planittë Masave dhe urdhërave nga Prefekti në rolin e kryetarit të KMC.

Situata në territorin e Qarkut Shkoder është e qetë, deri tani nuk raportohet asnjë rast infektimi të COVID-19. Janë vleresuar 4 raste sot te dyshuara për Covid 19 , por janë perjashtuar nga klasifikimi per Covid, pasi nuk plotesojne kriteret per marrje mostre bazuar ne udhezimet perkatese te MSHMS .

Nga Strukturat e komisariatit të Policisë Shkoder janë njoftuar gjithsej 32 shtetas të kthyer nga vendet e BE.

27 shtetas kanë hyrë nga Pika Kufitare Rinas

Nga Pika kufitare Durrës 4 shtetas;

Nga pika kufitare Hani i Hotit 1 shtetas;

Me telefon janë njoftuar 29 shtetas dhe në banesë 3 shtetas;

Vazhdon puna për njoftimin e pjesës së mbetur dhe për rinjoftimin e tyre.

Në zbatim të Urdhërit të Brendshëm të D.V.P.Shkodër Nr. 40/1, datë 11.03.2020, “Mbi ngritjen e pikave të kontrollit në kuadër të masave kundër Coronavirusit” në qytet Shkodër, janë ngritur dhe kanë funksionuar gjithsej 14 pika kontrolli me punonjës policie, punonjës të FNSH dhe forca të Ushtrisë.

Nga bashkia shkoder informohemi se :

Vazhdon puna për mbajtjen dhe rritjen e dezinfektimit të institucioneve publike, lulishteve, shesheve, rrugëve.

Gjatë ditës, sot me datë 18.03.2020

• Është realizuar dezinfektimi i pedonales së qytetit të Shkodrës, Kole idromeno, Gjuhadol

• Eshtë realizuar dezinfektimi i rrugës dhe trotuareve nga sheshi “Isa Boletini” deri në hyrje të Qytetit pika e karburantit “Kastrati”

• Pasdite do të vijojmë me dezinfektimin e Tregut të shumices fruta – perime, Shkodër

• Pasdite do të vijojmë me dezinfektimin e Tregut të fruta – perime, Zdralej Shkodër

• Ka kryer i gjithë dezinfektimi i kopshteve dhe çerdheve në varësi të Bashkisë Shkodër në qendër dhe Njësi Adminsitrative.

• Është siguruar shërbimi i pastrimit të mbetjeve urbane në të gjithë territorin;

• Është siguruar shërbimi me ujë të pijshëm;

• Është siguruar ndërhyrja me punëtori në rastin e defekteve të sinjalizuara në shërbimet KUZ në rrugën “Danja” dhe në Kiras.

• Është siguruar ndërhyrja me punëtori në rastin e defekteve të sinjalizuara në shërbimet për ujin e pijshëm: në Kiras dhe në Dobraç.

• Vazhdon puna nga Policia Bashkiake në bashkëpunim me Komisariatin e Policisë Vendore për monitorimin e situatës dhe respektimit të vendimeve nga subjektet private dhe për orientimin dhe sensibilizimin qytetareve;

• Vazhdon mbështetja mbështetja, me mbi 50 pako ushqimore dhe higjenike, e familjeve të komunitetit Rom në vendqëndrimet ne vendqendrimin pranë Zallit të Kirit dhe pranë Urës së Bunës

• Po hartohet lista e nevojave për mbështetje me ushqime dhe materiale higjenike për personat dhe familjet më në nevojë (të moshuar, rom, egjyptian, PAK, familje të vasrfëra me probleme sociale dhe ekonomike) sipas formularit të dërguar nga Prefektura Shkodër.

• Është promovuar puna dhe sensibilizimi përmes komunikimit mediatik dhe rrjeteve sociale.

Nga ISHSH u kryen monitorime në qytet Shkodër,Koplik Malësi e Madhe dhe Pukë .

U kontrolluan:

· 1 Qendër Shëndetësore

· 6 Farmaci

· 54 Markete

· 10 Furra Buke

· 4 Fasoneri

Të gjitha subjektet e kontrolluara zbatonin masat e sigurisë si: përdorimi i dorezave,maskave dhe ruajtjen e distancë s së pë rcaktuar.

Ø U konstatuan të mbyllura:

· 14 Klinika dentare

· 44 Bar-Kafe

Ne zbatim te Urdherit nr. 76 date 11.03.2020 te Ministrit te Turizmit dhe Mjedisit si dhe Urdherit nr. 25 date 17.03.2020 të Prefektit të Qarkut Shkoder ju informojme se Drejoria Rajonale e Mjedisit Shkoder ka marrë të gjitha masat e nevojshme për realizimin me korrektësi të detyrave.

Konkretisht, jane marre masat për rritjen e standarteve higjeno-sanitare të ambjenteve të punës duke kryer pastrimet dhe sistemimet e nevojshme.

Në zbatim të porosive te Ministrit të Turizmit dhe Mjedisit dhe te Prefektit te Qarkut Shkoder, nga ana e Agjencise Kombetare te Mjedisit është hartuar grafiku i presences fizike në punë ëe punonjesve të DRM Shkoder. Per personat qe nuk paraqiten fizikisht, jane marre te gjitha masat nga ana e tyre qe te jene ne gatishmëri për kontakte nepermjet telefonit dhe gjithashtu kanë akses të plote ne emailin zyrtar te DRM-se për çdo detyre që do tu ngarkohet.

Theksojme se me rendesi eshte edhe masat qe duhet te merren nga ana e bashkive të qarkut për kontrollin e procesit të pastrimit te mbetjeve urbane dhe evadimin e tyre sipas te gjitha rregullave vecanerisht gjate kesaj periudhe per te mos lejuar rritjen e mundesive per perhapjen e semundjeve infective.​
