Sa mund ti ndihmojë qeveria? Balancimi i masave bllokuese, me masa lehtësuese. Heqja dorë nga vënia e gjobave dhe krijimi një klimë lehtësuese. Pra përcaktimii rregullave të arsyeshme dhe strikte. Balancimit të masave ndaluese me masat lehtësuese. Duhet një balancë midis masave strikte.

Biznesit duhet ti ofrojë së paku për dy muaj shtyrja e detyrimeve tatimore dhe bankare, në varësi të situatës. Është e detyrueshme që për biznesin e vogël dhe të mesëm të përjashtohet nga tatim fitimi e së paku për dy muaj, në varësi të situatës.

Së treti rimbursimi i pagave për 2 muaj, në skemën e sigurimeve shoqërore. Në rastin konkret punonjësi nuk mund të vijë në punë, kështu që qeveria duhet ta rimbursojë. Të gjitha këto paga duhet të rimbursohen nga sigurimet.
