Pas pezullimit të transportit publik dhe qarkullimit me automjete private, një përpjekje e qeverisë për të shmangur përhapjen e shpejtë të koronavirusit, qytetarët kanë gjetur edhe zgjidhje alternative.

Nuk e dimë me siguri nëse është një rast për shaka, apo lëvizje e domosdoshme, por e sigurtë është që nuk preket nga masat e qeverisë
