Përhapja e koronavirusit COVID 19 është një temë e nxehtë jo vetëm në Shqipëri, por në të gjithë globin. Me konfirmimin e dy rasteve të para në vend, autoritetet kanë bërë thirrje që të ruani qetësinë, por edhe të bëni kujdes me higjenën. Institucionet shtetërore kanë bërë thirrje të bëni kujdes dhe të informoheni mbi masat e duhura për parandalim.

Shmangni prekjen e fytyrës dhe lani duart sa më shpesh. Fërkojini për të paktën 20 sekonda me ujë të ngrohtë dhe sapun. Kollituni dhe teshtini duke përdorur bërrylin jo duart tuaja. Mbuloni gojën dhe hundën gjatë kollitjes apo teshtitjes.
