Presidenti Ilir Meta ka apeluar për masa urgjente për të parandaluar një situatë të mundshme me koronavirusin. Kreu i Shtetit shkruan se sot situata paraqitet shumë më e rënduar në të gjithë botën, ku rezultojnë 106 vende të prekura, ndërsa Italia veçanërisht ka një rëndim ekstrem me mbi 5061 raste dhe rreth 233 vdekje.

Meta thekson se është emergjente forcimi maksimal i masave parandaluese sanitaro-epidemiologjike. Sipas tij, duhet vënë në dispozicion financimi i plotë, shumë më i madh se ai i deritanishëm, për përballimin e situatës si dhe sigurimin e mbrojtjes së plotë dhe efikase të të gjithë personelit mjekësor të mobilizuar për përballimin e situatës

Po kështu Meta kërkon angazhimin e të gjithë kualiteteve njerëzore shkencore, por edhe të atyre me eksperiencë në fushën e epidemiologjisë e higjenës, qofshin edhe jashtë shërbimit aktiv.
