22 vjeçari i identifikuar në polici si Emiliano Kita tregon arsyet se përse në kohën që kryeministri ka nisur të flasë në ceremoninë e diplomimit të studentëve të Mjekësisë, ai ka protestuar me mënyrën e tij, duke u ngritur dhe duke i bërë pyetje kryeministrit. Siç tregon procesverbali policor që Gazeta “Si” disponon, fillimisht Emiliano flet para policëve për veten. “Unë akoma nuk kam një profesion, pasi jam student në Fakultetin e Shkencave Sociale, dega Politikë. Por pavarësisht se jam student për arsye ekonomike gjatë stinës së verës jam i detyruar të punoj”

Policia: Na tregoni cila është arsyeja e shoqërimit tuaj në Komisariatin numër 1?
Studenti: Unë nuk e di të ketë një arsye konkrete, por sqaroj se rreth orës 18.30 isha në ambientet e brendshme të Pallatit të Kongreseve, pasi aty po mbahej një ceremoni diplomimi. Kështu që bashkë me shokun tim menduam të jemi pjesë e kësaj ceremonie, thjesht për të qenë prezentë si shokë si puna jonë. Isha bashkë me shokun tim Enriko Peculi, jemi ulur diku nga ana e majtë e platesë anësore, por larg foltores dhe prisnim zhvillimin e ceremonisë. Në fillim kanë dalë dy prezantuese për të hapur ceremoninë dhe pastaj pamë që fjalën e hapjes e mbante kryeministri i vendit. Besoj se këtu qëndron arsyeja se përse jam shoqëruar në polici, sepse kemi folur në kohën që kryeministri ka marrë fjalën, por unë deklaroj se nuk kemi bërë asnjë veprim të kundërligjshëm për tu shoqëruar.
Kita njësoj si edhe Enriko Peculaj, ky i fundit student filozofie, tregojnë se shkak i reagimit ishte ndjesia e të qenurit të fyer nga kryeministri.
Studentët: Në kohën që fjalimin e mori kryeministri i vendit, si studentë u ndjemë të fyer, pasi kishim bindjen se ishte vetëm një ceremoni diplomimi nga Universiteti i Mjekësisë dhe nuk dukej të ishte aspak politike. Prandaj jam ngritur dhe kam kundërshtuar hapjen e ceremonisë nga ai.
Unë nuk kam pasur me vete as megafon apo pajisje që ndikojnë në zërin e sallës, por kam folur me zërin tim, duke shprehur thjesht një mendim timin, pa u ndikuar apo shtyrë nga askush. Në momentin që jam ngritur, kanë ardhur drejt meje tre apo katër punonjës të gardës, duke më thënë që duhet të shoqërohesha jashtë sallës që të mos prishja zhvillimin e aktivitetit.
Policia: Na tregoni cilat janë veprimet tuaja konkrete që keni bërë gjatë kohës kur punonjësit e Gardës janë detyruar tju shoqërojnë jashtë sallës?
Studenti: Unë vetëm kam folur për padrejtësitë që po na bëhen ne si studentë, pa fyer askënd dhe pa ofenduar njeri, gjithashtu i jam bindur urdhrit të punonjësve të Gardës për të dalë jashtë sallës.
Dy të rinjtë siç rezulton reaguan më 20 shkurt, duke folur me zë të lartë para kryeministrit e duke thënë se “diplomat janë për arratisje” ndërsa kryeministri nga ana e tij thumboi para studentëve të mjekësisë, duke komentuar: shoqërojeni të marrë shërbim të shpejtë mjekësor.
