Ambasada e SHBA reagon për “Venecian”: Rama dhe Meta…

Ambasada e SHBA ka reaguar pak minuta më parë për publikimin e një pjese të draft opinionit të Komisionit të Venecias.

“Nxisim të gjitha palët që të respektojnë procesin e Komisionit të Venecias, përfshi kërkesën për konfidencialitet të projekt-opinionit deri sa të finalizohet. Mirëpresim vendimin e qeverisë për të mos ndërmarrë veprime të mëtejshme lidhur me legjislacionin përkatës derisa opinioni të finalizohet.

Po ashtu mirëpresim deklaratën e bërë nga Presidenti Meta gjatë konferencës së tij për shtyp me Presidentin e Bullgarisë, duke afirmuar rëndësinë e një vendimi pozitiv nga BE për të hapur negociatat drejt anëtarësimit për Shqipërinë. Duhet të qëndrojmë të përqendruar tek ajo që ka më shumë rëndësi sundimi i ligjit dhe e ardhmja e Shqipërisë në Evropë” thuhet në deklaratën e SHBA.

Në një pjesë të publikuar nga ky draft thuhet se veprimet e Presidentit për Gjykatën Kushtetuese kanë qenë në përputhje me Kushtetutën dhe se nuk ka arsye për shkarkimin e tij.
