Presidenti Ilir Meta kthen në Kuvend ligjin për ‘statusin e gjyqtarëve dhe prokurorëve’

Në dekret Meta thekson se dispozitat duhet që të rishikohen nga Kuvendi për katër arsye, pasi shkelin parimin e sigurisë juridike, pavarësinë e gjyqësorit, parimin e hierarkisë së normave kushtetuese dhe jurisprudencën e Gjykatës Kushtetuese.

Ky është dekreti i parë në rradhën e dekreteve të Presidentit pas tubimit të 2 marsit.

Në fakt ai e pati paralajmëruar edhe më herët këtë levizje por si duket nuk vonoi shumë dhe sonte në darkë e bëri publik vendimin e tij. Nuk dihet cili do jetë hapi tjetër i Kreut të Shtetit përveç atij të 15 marsit ku ka deklaruar shpërndarjen e parlamentit nëse nuk ka refletim nga qeveria mbi kërkesat e tij e në mbrojtje të Kushtetutës.
