Një makinë tip ‘Audi’ me targa AA 919 YM nuk i është bindur urdhrit të policisë për të ndaluar. Kjo ka bërë që forca të shumta policie ti vihen nga pas makinës si nëpër filma, ndërsa u bë i mundur ndalimi i tij në lagjen Vullnetari në Elbasan.

Policia ka vajtur pranë mjetit, ku është vënë re se drejtuesi i saj ishte lagur duke braktisur makinën.

Efektivët blu kanë nisur hetimet për identifikimin e pronarit e automjetit, ndërsa vijojnë kontrollet brenda mjetit.
