REPORT TV ka zbardhur ekskluzivisht dokumentin e prokurorisë me akuzat dhe provat ku është bazuar në arrestimin e botuesit dhe pronarit të UET, Henri Çili së bashku me kunatin e tij dhe personat e tjerë që janë përfshirë në këtë skemë.

Por si ishte organizuar skema e mashtrimit nga Henri Çili për familjarët e dy vëllezërve Aliko në Lazarat dhe Yzeriajt në Mallakastër për premtimin se do të ndikonte në uljen e dënimit të tyre.
